Capsule Shanghai is a contemporary art gallery based in the central Xuhui district of Shanghai, founded in late 2016 by Italian gallerist Enrico Polato.
This year, 2024, the gallery will open a second location here in Venice, Capsule Venice, in the premises of Fondazione Marchesani in Dorsoduro, a large building with windows overlooking the canal on one side and the gardens on the other, with the aim of presenting its program to the international public in parallel with the 60th edition of the Venice Biennale.
