Kan Yasuda – Isole del silenzio

The Fondation d’Entreprise Wilmotte presents “Kan Yasuda – Isole del Silenzio”, a Collateral Event of the Biennale Arte 2026 dedicated to Japanese artist Kan Yasuda, on view from 9 May to 22 November 2026.

The exhibition unfolds as both a physical and contemplative experience, in which Yasuda creates a mineral garden: an inner space where silence, simplicity and essentiality take shape through matter and space. Within the Fondation Wilmotte, ten sculptures are arranged like “islands”, stones scattered across an interior garden that invites contemplation. The exhibition design and lighting are conceived by Agence Wilmotte, Paris.
