The I Love GAI – Young Italian Authors competition was born in 2015 from an initiative of SIAE and Lightbox to promote Italian directors under 40 years of age. The festival includes the screening of works of all kinds with a maximum duration of 20’ and is held every year during the Venice International Film Festival.
From 2015 to 2019 Carlotta Santini worked on the production of the event as Lightbox Group Event Manager.
